Frequently asked questions
Freediving
Yes, your safety is our top priority. Every experience includes certified freediving instructors and dedicated safety support. On most dives, a skipper will also accompany us by boat to follow and assist divers when needed. Each of our locations is thoroughly explored and tested multiple times before we take anyone into the water. Before your deeper dives, we always conduct check dives to help you adapt to the conditions and avoid surprises. Every session starts with a detailed briefing covering sea conditions and safety protocols, so you always feel prepared and confident before entering the water.
Every day is a little different, but the goal is always the same: to help you feel at home in the water.
Depending on the program, your day might include educational workshops, check-up dives, training sessions, fun dives, and coastal explorations. We always leave space for rest and reflection, too, whether it's relaxing by the sea or connecting with others in the group.
You don’t need to be certified to join our experiences, but you should feel comfortable in the water. Several of our trips are designed specifically for beginners. You can book a certification course 2–3 days before the expedition begins and complete your first wave of training, such as AIDA or Molchanov, depending on the instructor you’ll be diving with. Just reach out to us directly, and we’ll help you choose the expedition that best matches your experience level.
Each expedition package is unique. Some include accommodation, while others do not, so it’s important to read your itinerary carefully before selecting your dive. What’s always included are all planned activities, freediving sessions, training and practice dives, safety support, professional guidance, and gear. Transportation to and from the dive location, meals, and beverages are not included unless stated otherwise in your specific package.
We work with small groups and care deeply about the vibe and energy of each expedition, so all bookings begin with a short discovery call. Our trips don’t run on fixed dates; instead, they’re based on seasons, allowing more flexibility to match your personal schedule. Groups can choose dates that work best for them, and if you’re joining solo, we’ll help pair you with like-minded fellow travelers, or you’re welcome to invite your own. You can book your discovery call through our website or by messaging us on Instagram or Facebook. A member of our team will guide you through everything and help you find the right expedition for you.
Please read your itinerary carefully and reach out with any questions before you arrive - we’re here to support you every step of the way. All dives require certification, though on some expeditions you can complete your certification on-site by arriving a few days early. You’ll need valid travel insurance and a medical statement confirming you’re in good health. Bringing your own freediving gear is optional, as we always provide high-quality equipment for all participants.
