What should
You expect?
This 5-day experience is designed for certified advanced freedivers who want to explore the best dive sites Cyprus has to offer - from iconic shipwrecks and underwater art installations to caves, reefs, and turtle-filled shallows.
The trip includes both boat and shore dives across the southeast coast of Cyprus. You’ll dive wrecks at 25–30 meters, swim through caves, visit MUSAN, the Mediterranean’s first underwater sculpture museum, and train on the line up to 60m.
Expect warm, clear water, great visibility, flexible planning, and professional guidance. Accommodation, boat fees, and media content are included.
The Internary
We start with a gentle warm-up session at Blue Lagoon (max 10m), followed by cave and tunnel dives nearby (12m max). If time allows, we’ll go snorkeling to spot turtles — either behind the dive club or at Cyclops Caves.
We head out by boat to two of Cyprus’ most iconic wrecks: Liberty and Nemesis, resting between 24–30 meters. We’ll also dive the Christ statue between them, then finish the day at an artificial reef after a surface break on land.
First, we visit the Kyrenia Wreck — a navy patrol boat sunk at 25m. Then we move to MUSAN, the underwater sculpture museum with over 90 life-sized artworks at a shallow 8–10m, offering a surreal and relaxing second dive.
This is a flexible day. You can join a depth session on the line (up to 60m) or revisit your favorite site — wrecks, reefs, or caves — depending on conditions and group preference.
One last dive session in the morning, followed by a relaxed wrap-up at the club, media sharing, and farewells.
To join this trip, you’ll need full travel insurance that covers both land and water activities, as well as a basic medical clearance from your doctor (just a simple form to confirm you’re fit to dive). Freedivers must be certified to AIDA 3 level or equivalent.
More importantly, come with patience and respect for the underwater environment. These sites are wild, living places - and our calm, focused energy helps us blend in rather than disturb. That’s it. Bring your certification, and your sense of adventure. We’ll take care of the rest.

What We Take
Care Of
We handle everything related to your diving experience. That includes all guided dives, both from shore and by boat, as well as captain fees, fuel, and access to each site. Your accommodation in Protaras for four nights is included, along with daily transport between dive locations.
We also set up the line for depth sessions and ensure safety protocols are in place throughout. During the trip, we’ll be capturing professional underwater photo and video content, which you’ll receive after the experience. Our team handles all logistics, planning, and briefings, allowing you to focus on your dives.
What You Take

You’ll be responsible for booking your flights to and from Cyprus, and for arranging full travel insurance that covers freediving and water activities. A certified AIDA 3 (or equivalent) qualification is required to join this trip, and we ask you to bring a simple medical clearance form signed by your doctor.
You’ll also need to bring your freediving gear, though limited rental may be available if not arranged in advance. Meals, drinks, and any personal expenses outside of diving are not included in the package
