What should
You expect?

If you’re into freediving, you already know - Dahab is non-negotiable.

It’s one of those places every diver needs to experience at least once. The Red Sea here is alive with color and calm - vibrant coral reefs, warm waters, and the legendary Blue Hole. Still, quiet, and full of depth.

But Dahab isn’t just about what’s underwater.

This trip offers a combination of coastal exploration and desert magic. You’ll dive in world-class sites, but also venture into the desert - where the silence is bigger, the skies are clearer, and the nights are filled with stars.

Expect serious dives, coastal exploration, desert dinners, astronomy nights, and moments that feel completely off the grid.

The Internary

  • You’ll arrive in Dahab and settle into the slow, grounding rhythm of this coastal town. After check-in, we’ll gather for a welcome meeting to connect, share the plan, and set intentions. In the evening, we’ll stretch out the travel with a light breathwork session, followed by a group dinner by the sea.

  • We begin the day with morning breathwork and stretching to prepare your body and mind for your first open water dive. Next, you'll attend theory classes and, if needed, complete a pool session to practice essential skills. Once you're confident with the theoretical knowledge, we’ll head to the legendary Blue Hole, where all of our depth sessions will take place.

There, you'll explore a world-class freediving site known for its calm, clear waters and dramatic underwater landscapes.

The afternoon is yours to rest, journal, or join an optional yoga session. We’ll end the day with a peaceful sunset walk and a quiet evening under the stars.

  • We return to town just after sunrise, and the morning is all about recovery. Take an optional ice bath to reset, or just relax with tea by the sea. Later, we’ll explore no-fins techniques in a playful, low-pressure workshop. The day winds down with a sunset yoga flow or casual snorkeling session, and we’ll come together in the evening for a relaxed dinner in town.

  • This is a flexible day. You can join a depth session on the line (up to 60m) or revisit your favorite site — wrecks, reefs, or caves — depending on conditions and group preference.

  • On our final morning, you can choose to get back in the water for a short dive or join a quiet reflection session by the beach. We’ll gather for a closing brunch, share feedback, and slowly part ways — grounded, connected, and filled with stories from both sea and sand.

Want In?
Just Bring these?

To join this trip, you’ll need full travel insurance that covers both land and water activities, as well as a basic medical clearance from your doctor (just a simple form to confirm you’re fit to dive). Freedivers must be certified to a beginner's level or equivalent.

More importantly, come with patience and respect for the underwater environment. These sites are wild, living places - and our calm, focused energy helps us blend in rather than disturb. That’s it. Bring your certification and your sense of adventure.

We’ll take care of the rest.

What We Take
Care Of

We take care of everything related to your freediving experience, so you can focus on exploring - not organizing.

All dive sessions are fully guided and include safety protocols, depth lines, and access to Dahab’s top freediving spots, including the Blue Hole. Whether it’s your first time or you’re working toward depth goals, our instructors will support you every step of the way.

Daily transport to and from dive locations is included, as well as entry fees and permits where needed. We’ll also arrange any special activities - from desert overnights to yoga sessions - based on the final group setup.

Accommodation is not included in the price, but it is flexible. Depending on your dates and preferences, we’ll help coordinate options that suit your style and budget.

What You Take

You’ll be responsible for booking your flights to and from Dahab, and for arranging full travel insurance that covers freediving and water activities. A certification qualification is required to join this trip, and we ask you to bring a simple medical clearance form signed by your doctor.

Accommodation, meals apart from organised dinners, drinks, and any personal expenses outside of diving are not included in the package
